Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is the wrong size.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with any original tags (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
